Dr. Shamsuddin Mahmud is an experienced Consultant Prosthodontist dedicated to comprehensive oral rehabilitation, helping patients achieve durable, natural-looking and confident smiles through implant, fixed and removable prosthodontic care.
He completed his BDS from Sapporo Dental College and subsequently obtained his Master of Surgery (MS) in Prosthodontics from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (now Bangladesh Medical University). He currently serves as Assistant Professor of Prosthodontics at North East Medical College (Dental Unit), Sylhet, and as Consultant Prosthodontist at Biodent, Dhaka.
Dr. Mahmud has received specialized training in implant prosthodontics and digital dentistry — including Exocad, Exoplan, 3Shape, R2Gate and Real Guide — and established and supervises the dental laboratory at North East Medical College. He also owns and operates Mastercraft Dentistry, a digital dental laboratory in Dhaka.
